China: At Least 10 Dead and 70 Injured After Capsizing of Two Tourist Boats

On Sunday afternoon, two boats capsized in a river near the city of Qianxi in Guizhou province, southwest China. Approximately 84 passengers fell into the water, and as of Monday, the death toll stands at least at ten, with 70 others injured.
