Rotary Club of Bagatelle: Combating School Bullying Through Slam Poetry

The Rotary Club of Bagatelle has launched a national slam poetry competition titled Slam Against Bullying, aimed at young people aged 5 to 18 in Mauritius and Rodrigues. The goal is to empower youth to become ambassadors against school bullying. Nafeesha Kinoo, the president of the Rotary Club of Bagatelle, explains: "This is the second edition of our slam poetry tournament. Last year, we chose the theme of the environment; this year, we decided to focus on the issue of bullying."
