Parental Kidnapping: A Child Taken to France Without Permission

On Sunday, in Camp-de-Masque, a mother reported her eight-year-old son missing while he was on his way to the local church. Shortly after, the child's father, 38, who resides in Germany and is in the process of divorcing her since February 2025, contacted her to announce that he was taking their son with him. However, the legal custody and responsibility for the child belong to the mother, and no travel authorization had been issued.
