Reward Money Case: Bruneau Laurette Urges FCC to Intensify Investigation

Bruneau Laurette is calling on the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) to deepen its investigation. The activist made this statement during a press conference held in Sainte-Croix on Tuesday.

The FCC is investigating the actual use of approximately Rs 250 million allocated in rewards to police informants.

Six police officers have already been arrested in connection with this inquiry, including Assistant Police Commissioner (ACP) Dunraz Gangadin and Superintendent of Police (SP) Ashik Jagai.

According to Bruneau Laurette, the public is beginning to gain a clearer understanding of this case.
