Theft in a Supermarket in Quatre-Bornes: Security Guard Caught Red-Handed... for Rs 85!

A theft occurred on Sunday, October 5, in a supermarket in Quatre-Bornes. A security guard was caught stealing a tube of Colgate Maxfresh toothpaste, hidden in his pocket, without paying for it at the checkout, despite having paid for the other items in his cart.

The theft, valued at Rs 85.90, was detected by a fellow security guard. The tube was recovered, and the man was taken to the Sodnac police station. He was arrested and later released on bail.
