Hajj 2025: Damning Report on Irregularities at the Islamic Cultural Centre Trust Fund

The report from the Committee of Inquiry established by the Ministry of Arts and Culture confirms serious shortcomings in the allocation of visas for Hajj 2025 by the Islamic Cultural Centre Trust Fund (ICCTF). The inquiry, initiated following allegations of fraud involving five pilgrims, revealed a total of 17 additional cases of irregularities among the 37 files examined.
