At SVICC from October 10 to 12 - The Great Home and Garden Clearance Fair: Everything Must Go

Events Plus, in collaboration with Radio Plus and Le Défi Media Group, is excited to announce the latest edition of the Great Home and Garden Clearance Fair, taking place from October 10 to 12 at SVICC. This time, the motto is "Everything Must Go". Exhibitors will be offering even more promotions and new products, alongside some new exhibitors.

LivingTeak: New Products and Discounts Up to 50%

LivingTeak will be present exclusively in the Atrium, showcasing its teak furniture collection: bedroom sets, comfortable sofas, elegant dining room furniture, consoles, and buffets.

"We will have some of the products from the last fair, but we are bringing in new furniture models. This is a great opportunity for the public to take advantage of our promotions, with discounts of up to 50%," shares Nissar Kader, CEO of LivingTeak.

Revolution Boutik: A Great Selection of Practical Products

Revolution Boutik, specializing in various items, will join the exhibitors.

"We are very happy to participate in this fair. We will showcase our products and offer attractive prices," explains Vandana Proag, the store's director.

Visitors will be able to experience a hologram display, a device projecting 3D images in the air or on a surface, giving the illusion that the object or person is real and floating in space.

"Unlike traditional screens, the image is not just flat: it can be viewed from different angles, creating a sense of depth and realism," the director says.

Other new products to discover include a luminous bar, cleaning products, salad scissors, a 3D lamp, a floating flower pot, and a portable smart refrigerator, among others.

Hot Spot: Kitchen Utensils and Accessories at Reduced Prices

Hot Spot returns with the French brand Pradel Excellence and its culinary line Magma, offering a wide variety of kitchen utensils and accessories with discounts of up to 40%.

"We are bringing even more promotions. For example, the 24-piece cutlery set is now priced at Rs 2,500. We will also offer combo sets: 3 Magma cocottes (24, 28, 32 cm), a 28 cm Magma slow cooker, and 2 Magma frying pans (24 and 23 cm) for Rs 29,990 instead of Rs 35,500. As a gift, customers will receive an induction plate," specifies Shakeenah Gokhool, director of Hot Spot Ltd. Additionally, Mansoorah will be present at the Hot Spot booth on Saturday, October 11, for a live cooking demonstration from 11:30 AM to 4 PM.

Ravtex Collection: Discover Bedspreads in Sets (4 Pieces)

Ravtex Collection is offering a major clearance on its textile products, including cotton mattress covers, linen-cotton tablecloths, and plastic tablecloths. Visitors will also discover a new product: bedspreads in sets (4 pieces), which include a flat sheet, two pillowcases, and a duvet cover, starting from Rs 1,200.

"We will have these 4-piece bedspreads in a variety of colors, with designs or embroidery. We will offer discounts of up to 35% for this fair," shares Ravi Cowlessur, director of Ravtex Collection.

Ridoplus: Clearance of Blackout Curtains

Ridoplus, a specialist in curtains, will also be present.

"We have a beautiful collection of blackout curtains that we will be clearing out. The curtains are available in a wide range of colors and styles," explains Irfaan Codabux, director of Ridoplus Ltd. Visitors will also find sheer fabrics, wild silk curtains, extendable rails from 1 to 2 meters, and Zebra blinds. Curtains will be on sale starting from Rs 200.

Kartell Ltd: Customizable Sofas

Kartell Ltd will showcase a wide range of sofas: five, three, two-seater, or individual, L-shaped models, in fabric, leather, or faux leather, available in various colors and finishes.

"We will exhibit several models, but customers will have the option to customize their sofas. They can choose the fabric color and adjust the dimensions according to their needs. Moreover, the sofa structure is made of solid wood, ensuring strength and durability. Discounts may reach 40%," highlights Wassim Caunhye, Managing Director of Kartell Ltd.

The fair will be open from 10 AM to 6 PM over the three days.
Entry is Rs 25. Free access for children under 12 years old.
Free shuttles will be provided from the Rose Hill train station and Victoria Urban Terminal to facilitate access to the venue.
