Brazil: A couple dies from heat stroke in their bathtub

Two months after the discovery of their lifeless bodies in a motel in São José (Brazil), the investigation concludes that they fell victim to a fatal heat stroke, exacerbated by alcohol and cocaine consumption. No criminal leads have been pursued.

The bath was meant to conclude a festive evening. On August 11, the day after their daughter's fourth birthday, police officer Jeferson Luiz Sagaz, 37, and businesswoman Ana Carolina Silva, 42, were found dead.
