Meeting: Bheenick–Dhomun: A Friendship Beyond Politics

Rundheersing Bheenick, chairman of SBM Bank (Mauritius) Ltd, is starting to reconnect with his contacts in his new role. He had an informal meeting yesterday in Port-Louis with Azad Dhomun, a former banker and career diplomat. Friends since 1957, they have seen their paths cross at several points. One is a staunch Labour supporter, while the other is loyal to the Mauritian Social Democratic Party... and yet, this has never weakened their friendship, which has endured through the years.
