Round Table: Dog Registration: En Avant Moris Advocates for Citizen Dialogue to Ease Tensions

As the new law mandating the mandatory registration of all dogs continues to stir debate, the association En Avant Moris has opted for dialogue and consultation. A round table discussion took place on Saturday, October 11, at 10 a.m. at the Cardinal Jean Margéot Institute (ICJM), bringing together NGOs, veterinarians, volunteers, and pet owners with a shared goal: to collaboratively explore a more pragmatic, inclusive, and humane approach.
