Two Constance Hotels & Resorts Establishments Recognized by the MICHELIN Guide 2025

The prestigious MICHELIN Guide has added a new string to its bow this year. In addition to its famous stars awarded to the best restaurants, it now features a global ranking of the most beautiful hotels with the introduction of the MICHELIN keys. For this significant debut, two establishments from Constance Hotels & Resorts have stood out and made their entry into the official list of the world's best hotels: Constance Prince Maurice and Constance Lemuria (Seychelles).

This new distinction follows the same principle as the MICHELIN stars: hotels are awarded one, two, or three keys based on the luxury and exceptional service they provide to their guests. In this inaugural edition, 143 hotels received three keys, 572 received two keys, and 1,742 received one key. Constance Prince Maurice and Constance Lemuria were recognized with one and two keys respectively for their refinement, team dedication, gastronomic excellence, as well as their exceptional architecture and environment.

This recognition marks a true honor for Constance Hotels & Resorts, celebrating years of commitment and passion to offer visitors unforgettable stays and a unique art of living.

"We are deeply honored by such recognition from the MICHELIN Guide. These keys celebrate the passion and dedication of our teams across the Indian Ocean. At Constance Hotels & Resorts, we believe that luxury naturally stems from sincere authenticity, allowing us to offer experiences that reflect the beauty of our destinations and the warmth of our people. Such distinctions inspire us to continue our quest for excellence while encouraging us to provide our guests with emotionally rich experiences and unforgettable memories," emphasizes Jean-Jacques Vallet, CEO of Constance Hotels & Resorts.

Nestled by a serene turquoise lagoon, Constance Prince Maurice epitomizes timeless elegance, serenity, and the warm welcome of Mauritius. A true sanctuary in the heart of lush nature, it offers tranquility, intimacy, and well-being to its guests. The Barachois, its iconic overwater restaurant, overlooks a clear lagoon and offers an exceptional dining experience, showcasing the best products from Mauritius.

The establishment's wine cellar, one of the most prestigious in the Indian Ocean, boasts an impressive collection of fine wines from around the world. Both enthusiasts and experts can enjoy delightful vintages, guided by a team of passionate sommeliers. The art of hospitality at Constance Prince Maurice draws inspiration from the legendary Mauritian hospitality: sincerity in the service of rare elegance and meticulous attention to detail.

Constance Lemuria: A Delicate Embodiment of the Seychellois Spirit

Located in Praslin, one of the most beautiful islands in the Seychelles archipelago, Constance Lemuria successfully marries luxury, nature, and sustainable development. Its contemporary architecture harmoniously integrates with the tropical environment, providing a refined setting that highlights the natural beauty of the Seychelles.

Constance Lemuria is home to the only 18-hole championship golf course in the Seychelles. Designed by Golf Course Designer Rodney Wright, it winds through hills, forests, and granite formations, offering a unique experience with spectacular views of Anse Georgette, one of the world's most beautiful beaches.

Committed for several years to the preservation of marine turtles, Constance Lemuria leads a protection program in collaboration with marine biologists and local associations, under the supervision of Robert Matombé, the resort's environmental manager. The villas and suites combine contemporary design with optimal comfort, while the wine cellar offers an exclusive selection of wines and tailored wine experiences for an authentic discovery of the Constance lifestyle.
