Job and Training Fair in Rose-Belle: Uteem Encourages Youth to Adapt to the New Workforce Demands

On Wednesday, October 15, the Plaisance Shopping Village Mall in Rose-Belle transformed into a hub for employment and training with the Job and Training Fair, organized by the Ministry of Labour and Industrial Relations.

The event, held exclusively on this Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, brought together employers, training institutions, and public organizations as part of a national initiative aimed at bridging the gap between supply and demand in the labor market.

Following the success of previous editions in Grand-Baie and Port-Louis, this stop in Rose-Belle provides visitors with the chance to discover numerous job and training opportunities that align with the new economic and technological realities.

Present at the event, Minister of Labour Reza Uteem emphasized the importance for young people to adapt to the requirements of the new work environment, characterized by digital transformation and shifts in the job market.
