Colonel Michaël Randrianirina (photo), appointed the day before by the High Constitutional Court (HCC) as the interim head of state, has confirmed that consultations are ongoing for the appointment of a Prime Minister and the formation of the next government. Colonel Randrianirina stated that the majority of ministers will be civilians, with a few military personnel involved.
