Ministries: Officials Change Portfolios

The Cabinet Secretary and head of the civil service announced a series of position changes within the administrative framework, which will take effect starting November 1, 2025. Shankutala Devi Gujadhur-Nowbuth is leaving the Ministry of Local Government to join the Ministry of Information Technology, Communication, and Innovation. Phoolranee Rampadarath is moving from the same ministry to the Ministry of Tourism.
