Society: Microchipping Dogs: Police, NGOs, and MSAW Join Forces for Better Animal Welfare

As of October 1st, microchipping dogs has become a reality in Mauritius. The Mauritius Society for Animal Welfare (MSAW) commends the sense of responsibility shown by Mauritians. "The registration days organized at police stations have attracted a large number of participants," the organization states. To date, several campaigns have been held in the Northern region, and over 2,000 dogs have already been registered.
