Axess Opens Its New Isuzu Trucks Service Center in Riche Terre

Axess, a subsidiary of ER Group, officially inaugurated its brand new Isuzu Trucks Service Center in Riche Terre on September 10, with Mr. Masakazu Fukasawa, Vice President of the After-Sales Service division at Isuzu Motors International FZE, attending from Dubai. This opening marks a new chapter focused on innovation, reliability, and customer proximity. Designed to meet international standards and the growing needs of the market, the state-of-the-art service center is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience and optimizing the performance of Isuzu vehicles.

This new facility, which replaces the historic installations in Pailles, has been designed to strengthen safety, efficiency, and quality of interventions, in accordance with the strictest standards. It now offers increased capacity with six service bays, four of which are exclusively dedicated to maintenance and wheel alignment. This significantly reduces waiting times and increases productivity. The center also features an integrated body and paint workshop as well as a large stock of original parts.
