Live-Fire Exercises in Grand-Baie This Thursday and Friday: Police Urges Caution

The Dornier MPCG-3 aircraft from the Coast Guard will conduct live-fire exercises this Thursday, October 23, and Friday, October 24, 2025, in the Grand-Baie area, between 10 AM and 3 PM.

The operation will take place over a zone measuring 5.8 nautical miles by 5.5 nautical miles, at altitudes ranging from 100 to 3,000 feet.

Pilots, boaters, and the general public are advised to stay clear of the designated area throughout the duration of the maneuvers.

The police urge the utmost vigilance and emphasize the importance of adhering to safety instructions to prevent any incidents.
