Travel Restriction: Padayachy Pleads His Good Faith Before the FCC

Former Minister of Finance, Renganaden Padayachy, was back in the Port-Louis District Court yesterday, regarding his motion for a temporary lifting of the travel ban imposed following investigations by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) and the Anti-Money Laundering Unit of the Central Crime Investigation Department.

This request, submitted by his lawyer Me Raouf Gulbul, will be decided this Thursday, October 23.
