Health: Healthcare Staff: New Recruits Struggle to Find Their Place in an Overburdened System

There are around 300 nursing apprentices currently training at the Nursing School. Their induction ceremony is taking place today. In three years, these young individuals will be on the front lines caring for patients in public hospitals across the country. However, despite the dedication and calling that drives these future caregivers, one question remains: how can we encourage more young people to pursue such a demanding yet essential profession in an overburdened healthcare system?
