FCC: Dirish Noonaram, Director of Verde Frontier Solutions Ltd, Heard

Dirish Noonaram, the director of Verde Frontier Solutions Ltd, was once again heard by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) on Friday as part of the investigation into the funding received by his company from the Mauritius Investment Corporation (MIC).

Currently on bail, he was arrested by the commission on October 10. The FCC accuses Verde Frontier Solutions Ltd, through its director, of having received a commission of 162 million rupees in a transaction between the MIC and Eastcoast Hotel Investment / Hotel Ambre, owned by the Appavou group.

Dirish Noonaram was accompanied by his lawyer, Me Arassen Callee, during his interrogation.
