Mont-Fertile: A Young Man Suspected of Burning Down His Mother's House

A serious family incident turned into a tragedy on Monday, October 28, 2025, in Mont-Fertile, when a 47-year-old woman witnessed her house engulfed in flames following a violent altercation with her son. The case, regarded as arson, is currently under police investigation.

The victim, a security guard by profession, was at home around 12:15 PM when an argument broke out with her 18-year-old son, who works as a cook in a hotel.
