Death of Former Vice President: Dharam Gokhool Pays Tribute

The first official reaction following the death of former Vice President of the Republic, Eddy Boissézon, came from the State House.

Through a statement from his press service, President Dharambeer Gokhool expressed deep emotion, referring to him as "a dear friend and a man of great kindness" who has passed away.

The Head of State also mentioned that he had the pleasure of visiting him, along with his family, the previous Wednesday.

"Eddy Boissezon had a distinguished professional career and served the nation as Vice President of the Republic with dedication, integrity, and foresight," he emphasized.
