Bank of Mauritius: ERT Orders Recognition of BOMEU as Sole Union Representative

The decision was made yesterday. Through an order, the Employment Relations Tribunal (ERT) has instructed the Bank of Mauritius (BoM) to officially recognize the Bank of Mauritius Employees Union (BOMEU) as the sole union representative for its employees.
