IBL Releases Its 2025 Annual Report and Unveils a New Brand Expression

IBL has released its 2025 Annual Report today, a document that highlights the Group's steady progress and the evolution of its "Beyond Borders" strategy. This strategy is built on a solid Mauritian foundation while pursuing selective growth in the region, leveraging the expertise developed in Mauritius over time.

Beyond the numbers, this performance reflects the Group's ability to grow sustainably, with discipline and consistency, amid an uncertain global environment.

According to Jan Boullé, chairman of the board, the performance of IBL Group is not just about figures. "It reflects a long-term vision, rigorous governance, and the trust we have built with our partners. This is how IBL creates sustainable value, both in Mauritius and in the region." He added, "We approach this new phase with humility and determination. The strength of our foundations in Mauritius allows us to look further, without ever losing sight of our primary responsibility, which is to contribute to collective progress, here and elsewhere."

Arnaud Lagesse, Group CEO of IBL Ltd, explains that "Beyond Borders is not a break, but a continuation. We remain deeply rooted in Mauritius, but our growth now naturally extends to the region, where we can add value and build on our strengths."

The 2025 Annual Report indeed highlights a resilient Group, proudly anchored in the Mauritian territory and driven by its "Beyond Borders" strategy. This evolution is reflected in its results: for the 2025 fiscal year, the Group achieved a revenue of Rs 120.8 billion (+19%), of which 54% was generated outside of Mauritius, with international operations contributing to 72% of the total revenue growth. These figures confirm the robustness of this balanced approach between local anchoring and regional development.

According to Patrice Robert, Group Deputy CEO, the strength of IBL comes from its collective spirit: "I believe we have managed to move forward even more together, with clarity and alignment. This is what enables us to execute our strategy and stay focused on what matters."

On the occasion of this publication, IBL also presents a new expression of its brand, symbolizing a natural evolution. This update aligns its visual identity with its current reality, representing a Group that is both Mauritian by its roots and regional by its development.

Regarding the refreshing of IBL Group's brand, Arnaud Lagesse states, "The way we present ourselves, both financially and as a brand, must accurately reflect the IBL of today and the transformation we have achieved over the past decade. Ten years after the merger between IBL and GML, this natural evolution conveys our desire to more clearly express who we are, our positioning, and the reality of a Group that has become regional."
