A tragic event has deeply saddened the residents of Residence La Cure on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 5. Around 4 PM, a serious accident occurred along Ste Marie Street, near the local bus stop. Three pedestrians were violently struck by a car driven by Kenny Steven Lowtun, a local resident. According to reports, the driver was allegedly under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident.
