L'express has obtained a copy of the PF55 report, an official handwritten document written on a Police Statement Pad belonging to the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) unit of the Central Crime Investigation Department (CCID). This report, which includes a signed statement from an officer of the Mauritius Investment Corporation (MIC), was supposed to remain under strict police guard.
