Fatal Hit-and-Run in Camp-Levieux: Driver Arrested

The driver involved in the fatal accident that occurred on Friday evening in Camp-Levieux was arrested on Saturday afternoon by the Field Intelligence Office of the Western Division.

The 19-year-old man, a resident of the West, is suspected of having struck the motorcycle driven by Muzamil Hossenbocus, 30, before fleeing the scene. He will be subject to an investigation for involuntary manslaughter and dangerous driving.

The car involved in the hit-and-run was found abandoned in a parking lot not far from the site of the incident on Saturday morning.
