Mauritius Longevity Summit from November 13 to 15: Three Days to Rethink Health and Longevity
From November 13 to 15, the Mauritius Longevity Summit 2025 will take place at the Trianon Convention Centre, with the goal of establishing Mauritius as a regional hub for longevity science. The event will feature a rich program of lectures, workshops, and discussions aimed at both health professionals and the general public interested in the topic.
The first day, Thursday, November 13, will open with the theme "Why This Moment Matters," focusing on the foundations of longevity science and its political and societal implications. On Friday, November 14, the exploration will continue with "Deep Dive into the Science," featuring sessions on the mechanisms of aging, age-related diseases—specifically cardiovascular and neurological conditions—and regenerative approaches.
Finally, Saturday, November 15, will be themed "From Science to Clinic," centered on four essential pillars: sleep, nutrition, exercise, and stress management. Discussions will also cover the application of biomarkers in clinical practice.
The summit will gather several renowned international experts, including Dr. Mehmood Khan, Prof. Brian Kennedy, and Dr. John Newman, who will showcase how advancements in precision nutrition, biomarkers, and regenerative medicine are reshaping our relationship with health and aging.
Registration is open on the official summit website, with options to participate either in person or online.
