As the sun slowly set over the fairways of Mont Choisy Le Golf, a peaceful and serene atmosphere enveloped the area on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. To the east, the Supermoon emerged, gradually illuminating the sky and adding an almost magical dimension to the moment. A gentle breeze blew as participants, dressed in their yoga attire and equipped with mats, settled on the lush green lawn.

This enchanting setting provided the perfect opportunity to share moments of relaxation and reconnection, guided by yoga instructor Rekha Singh through her "Inhale... Exhale..."—as movements flowed in harmony with calming breaths beneath the captivating twilight.

After explaining the benefits of the moon on both body and mind, participants, fully relaxed, embarked on a night walk through the course. This moonlit stroll allowed everyone to enjoy the evening's coolness and admire the beauty of the landscape—between greenery, mountains, and the illuminated sky. "This walk does wonders for us. The fresh air, the nature, this disconnection... it's truly a moment for oneself," shared one of the walkers, adding that "Mont Choisy Le Golf reveals a completely different face at night. More intimate, more poetic, and the serenity that envelops the place in the evening is simply incomparable."

The evening continued with an astronomical observation session led by photographer Jean-Jacques Fabien. Using a state-of-the-art telescope, participants had the opportunity to observe the Supermoon, the closest to Earth in 2025, and enjoy a privileged observation moment. The session also included a general presentation on the moon's characteristics, tips on how and when to photograph it, and recommendations on techniques for capturing lunar images with a smartphone.
