Content: The police now have video footage related to the fatal accident that occurred in Camp-Levieux on Friday, November 7, which claimed the life of 30-year-old Muzzamil Hussenbocus. The footage clearly shows the collision between the victim's motorcycle and a Suzuki car, identifiable from a distant image capture.

Shortly after the impact, other surveillance cameras recorded the driver and his passenger leaving the scene on foot. The two young men reportedly approached the area, already surrounded by a crowd, before fleeing and abandoning the damaged vehicle in a nearby parking lot.

The investigation quickly identified the 19-year-old driver. He was tested for drugs and found positive. He was brought before the court and provisionally charged with "involuntary manslaughter due to negligence," before being released on bail on Monday, November 10.

His passenger was also arrested the same day for "failure to assist a person in danger." He was brought before the court and granted conditional release after his provisional charge.

According to preliminary investigation findings, the young driver, while attempting to overtake, violently struck Muzzamil Hussenbocus's motorcycle. The force of the impact sent the latter flying several meters away.
