A reconstruction of the fatal accident that claimed the life of Muzamil Hossenboccus in Camp-Levieux took place under high tension on Thursday morning, November 13.

The victim's relatives gathered in front of the Camp-Levieux police station to express their deep anger. They are bewildered as to how the 19-year-old driver, suspected of being responsible for the accident, was released.

When the young man was taken out of the police vehicle to start the reconstruction, tensions escalated. Family, friends, and neighborhood residents loudly expressed their outrage, with some verbally confronting the police.

In response to the growing anger, officers attempted to mediate to calm the situation and ensure that the exercise could proceed smoothly. "The police are responsible for justice, we understand... but we want to see his face," shouted one of the victim's relatives, trying to calm the crowd. Despite these efforts, the reconstruction ultimately had to be cancelled.

At the scene of the accident, the presence of the suspect reignited the pain and fury. Friends and relatives of Muzamil Hossenboccus shouted loudly: "Criminal!"

As a reminder, the accident occurred on Friday, November 7. Video footage clearly shows the collision between the victim's motorcycle, who was 30 years old, and a Suzuki car. Shortly after the impact, other surveillance cameras captured the driver and his passenger walking away from the scene.

The investigation quickly identified the 19-year-old driver. After testing, he was found to be under the influence of drugs. Presented before the court, he was temporarily charged with "involuntary manslaughter due to negligence" before being released on bail on Monday, November 10. His passenger was arrested the same day for "failure to assist a person in danger."
