On Friday, November 14, at 7:30 PM, Le Défi Media Group is launching "Sultan’s Espace Business Inside Out," a show hosted by Mubarak Sooltangos, a consultant and trainer. This new program aims to redefine how we perceive the business world.

The concept is straightforward: to place humanity at the center of modern, competitive business by exploring the journeys, values, and visions of entrepreneurs from various backgrounds.

In an economic landscape often dominated by numbers, strategies, and competition, "Sultan’s Espace Business Inside Out" seeks to create a space for reflection on the role of humanity as the driving force behind entrepreneurial success.

The show highlights both well-known and emerging entrepreneurs, passionate creators, and economic players who dare to innovate.

Mubarak Sooltangos aims to reveal the inner dimension of entrepreneurship: the doubts, failures, aspirations, and deep motivations that shape each journey.

"The goal is to remind us that behind every business, there is, above all, a person, a story, a human energy," explains Mubarak Sooltangos.

For this inaugural edition, the show features Ruzayna Hossennie, a 27-year-old woman whose journey perfectly embodies the philosophy of Business Inside Out. A young mother, passionate and self-taught, she has built a small business around her diverse talents: mehendi, Arabic calligraphy, and more recently, pastry.

After obtaining her Higher School Certificate (HSC), she pursued legal studies before working as a teacher at Doha Academy and then Dukesbridge School. Yet, it was in traditional arts that she discovered her true calling.

"I learned mehendi with my sisters, purely out of passion," she shares. What started as a hobby has now become a full-fledged activity. Today, she creates intricate and detailed designs, with execution times varying based on the complexity of the work.

Ruzayna has gained recognition through social media — Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok — where she showcases her work and progress. Inspired by her older sister, she also took up Arabic calligraphy. More recently, she ventured into artisanal pastry, seeking to combine art, aesthetics, and flavor.
