Mamy Ravatomanga returned to the Premium Care Clinic in Phoenix on Friday, November 14, after being discharged from the Cardiac Unit of Victoria Hospital. He had been admitted since November 7 and underwent surgery due to two blocked arteries. An angioplasty was performed, and two stents were placed to restore blood circulation. Since his arrest, the businessman and the second richest person in Madagascar, Mamy Ravatomanga, has made only two trips to Réduit Triangle for interrogation purposes. The FCC investigators are currently examining a massive amount of documents, approximately 10,000 pages, related to transactions of his companies. They are also awaiting additional documents from institutions regarding the finances of the wealthy and powerful Malagasy businessman’s companies. Requests for Judge’s Orders and Disclosure Orders have already been filed in the Supreme Court as part of this investigation, where the Malagasy tycoon is provisionally facing charges of money laundering involving sums of Rs 7.3 billion and conspiracy.

Investigators, along with his legal team, are waiting for Mamy Ravatomanga's health to improve to continue his interrogation, during which he will be confronted with the activities of his Management Companies. To date, in Réduit Triangle, investigators are deepening their inquiry into several companies that may be linked to Mamy Ravatomanga’s activities.

In parallel with the FCC's investigation into Mamy Ravatomanga's financial activities, the Criminal Investigation Division at the airport is continuing its investigations to clarify the circumstances surrounding the landing of one of his private jets on the tarmac of Plaisance Airport during the night of October 11 to 12. Investigators are looking into the requests made to Jet Prime Ltd regarding the clearance issued by the Civil Aviation Department for the landing of this private jet, which had transported Mamy Ravatomanga, his wife Ramy Nivo Haingonirina Rakotoniary, former Malagasy Prime Minister Louis Christian Ntsay, Aina Fenosoa Ravatomanga, and Ramy Mialy Tiana Ravatomanga.
