Drowning in Pomponette: A 30-Year-Old Frenchman Dies Despite Resuscitation Efforts

A sergeant from the Souillac police station was urgently dispatched to Pomponette beach for a drowning incident involving a Frenchman on Sunday, November 16. The body of Anthony De Luca, aged 30, was located at sea after he encountered serious difficulties in the waves.
