Despite existing laws, the conviction rates for pedophilia and sexual abuse against children are less than 10%. Psychologist Virginie Bissessur, director of Pédostop, who organized a conference that concluded this Monday, explains why this is the case and, importantly, what needs to be done to prevent such abuses against our children.
