Transport: The GEF-UNDP Initiative Aims to Establish a Regulatory Framework for Electric Buses

The ecological transition in the transport sector is progressing. The steering committee for the Global Environment Facility (GEF) project titled "Promotion of Low Carbon Emission Electric Public Buses in Mauritius" convened on Wednesday at the Ministry of Transport in Port Louis, chaired by Minister Osman Mahomed. Among the participants were Alka Bhatia, the UN Development Programme (UNDP) resident representative, and others.
