Mare-aux-Vacoas: Decomposing Body Identified, Missing Man Found Since September 21

A grim discovery was made early on the morning of Sunday, November 23, at Mare-aux-Vacoas. Around 7 AM, a police officer was dispatched to the scene following a report of a body in an advanced state of decomposition, found in a water drainage canal near the reservoir.
