Mauritius Opens Doors to French Universities
On Monday, November 24, Higher Education Minister Kaviraj Sukon announced the potential for French universities to establish a presence in Mauritius, following the signing of an agreement with French authorities.
This framework will allow these institutions to operate independently within the country, either through subsidiaries or in partnership with local entities.
The minister also noted that two additional agreements had been signed, permitting Mauritian institutions to offer courses in the French language.
