Assault and Death: Thirteen Years in Prison for Dean Hamilton Golding

Louis Dean Hamilton Golding, 53, from Pamplemousses, has been sentenced to 13 years in prison. The verdict was delivered yesterday at the Assizes presided over by Judge Iqbal Maghooa. During the trial, the defendant pleaded guilty to assault causing the death of Rabinkumar Tuhobul, 61, the manager of Villa Lotus in Trou-aux-Biches.

This fatal assault took place during a burglary on October 11, 2017. The manager's body was found on one of the beds in the villa.
