At the Heart of the News: The Fight Against Violence Towards Women at the Center of Debates

At the Heart of the News will focus on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, observed this Tuesday, November 25th.

The aim is to assess the current situation in Mauritius, understand the realities on the ground, and present measures that have already been implemented as well as those planned to better protect women.

To discuss this, Patrick Hilbert will host: Mélanie Valère-Cicéron, president and founder of the NGO Passerelle; Catherine Prosper from Linion Fam; Carole Grimaud, director of the Collectif Bloom Again; and Pooshan Boojharut, coordinator at the Ministry of Equality and Family Well-being.
