Port Louis Court: Bail Motion for Sattar Hajee Abdoula Postponed to December 2

The conditional release motion for Sattar Hajee Abdoula, which was expected to take place yesterday at 1 PM before the Port Louis South District Court, could not proceed. The former chairman of State Bank of Mauritius (SBM) Holdings and associate of Grant Thornton, who was arrested on November 20 in relation to the unpaid services case involving Air Mauritius, was unable to appear due to his hospitalization at C-Care Wellkin.

His lawyer, Mᵉ Raouf Gulbul, represented him in court.
