Vote in Parliament: Gavin Glover: "The Courts (Amendment) Bill Strengthens the Idea that the Rule of Law is a Dynamic Principle"

The "Courts (Amendment) Bill", aimed at streamlining the process for applying for a "Judicial review" and presented by Attorney General Gavin Glover, was voted on without amendments on Tuesday in the National Assembly.

While presenting the bill, Gavin Glover emphasized that "Judicial review" is a cornerstone of democratic oversight, allowing citizens to check whether an administrative decision has been made in accordance with legality and fairness.
