The ICC Investigation Continues: Feizal Dil Hossain Summoned to CCID This Friday

The investigation into the ICC continues: Feizal Dil Hossain was summoned to the CCID this Friday, November 28, at the request of investigators to provide a statement. He was accompanied by his lawyer, Me Assad Peeroo. "This is a good step forward because we are here, and I am keen to present the truth to the public," stated the lawyer upon arrival.

Feizal Dil Hossain asserted that, as is well known, fraud and favoritism have been committed within the institution for years, and he believes it is now necessary to put an end to it. "We are waiting for a step forward and for the government's decision... I have come to give a further statement! I ask the police to conduct their investigation...," he added.

As a reminder, Farouk Barahim and Feizal Dil Hossain, both members of the Board at that time, had alerted the authorities about the risks of administrative misconduct within the ICC right after their appointment. Their complaints, perceived as troubling, ultimately led them to leave the Board, triggering an investigation aimed at uncovering the truth behind this matter.
