Double Certification Great Place to Work® for Ginza Motors and Quikfix Service Centre

ABC Autotech, a subsidiary of ABC Automobile and a key player in the automotive industry in Mauritius, celebrates a significant achievement in its corporate culture. For the first time, its subsidiaries Ginza Motors and Quikfix Service Centre have received the Great Place to Work® (GPTW) certification. This recognition affirms their status as responsible employers dedicated to the well-being of their teams.

This label highlights the ongoing commitment of both entities to place their employees at the heart of their success. It rewards a strong corporate culture based on fundamental values such as trust, respect, friendliness, and collective pride.

David Ramsay, Chief Manager of ABC Autotech, praised the remarkable work of the managers and teams. He noted that this advancement is part of a well-established momentum within ABC Automobile, initiated in 2022 with Fleetleader — the first company in the automotive industry to receive this distinction. This initiative reflects the Group's commitment to strengthening a culture rooted in engagement and trust.

"This certification not only acknowledges our achievements; it is the result of years of shared efforts. It highlights the passion and energy that each individual invests daily to progress and improve," he emphasizes. "I am deeply proud of the culture we have built, and especially of the people who bring it to life."

Indeed, for the managers of Ginza Motors and Quikfix Service Centre, this recognition holds special significance. It reflects what has been collectively built and the strong cohesion of teams that operate as a single entity, united by a shared culture.

This new label reaffirms the position of both entities as employers of choice, strengthening the bond between management and teams, and supporting human excellence, a cornerstone of the success of the ABC Group.
