On the morning of Monday, November 24th, Lucia, a six-year-old girl, was the victim of an attempted strangulation at her home. While playing in her room with her 14-year-old brother, an unknown assailant burst in and attacked the child. The incident was particularly violent and left the family in a state of deep shock.
