Food Security: Transition to Agroecology in the Indian Ocean

The DeSIRA+ Indian Ocean project was launched on Wednesday, November 26, in Ébène, with the presence of several regional delegates. Aimed at supporting the agroecological transition of food systems in the island states of the Indian Ocean, this initiative, with a funding of 7 million euros, extends and strengthens the achievements of the Food and Nutritional Security program in the Indian Ocean (Sanoi), which was implemented between 2020 and 2025.
