The State Bank of Mauritius (SBM) Ltd has now revealed the complete composition of its new board of directors, which has been gradually disclosed over the past few weeks. This comes even as the appointment of the future Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is still awaited.

Gervais Gua, currently the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Nippon Life India Asset Management, is rumored to be taking the helm of the bank but has not yet been officially confirmed.
