Silver Bank: Rs 206.3 million recovered from Rs 8.2 billion by administrator Arvind Gokhool

Member of Parliament Roshan Jhummun questioned Navin Ramgoolam about the fees paid during the management of Silver Bank Limited and the recovery of toxic loans. The head of government reminded that Rs 3.55 billion from public entities had been deposited in the bank under the previous administration, a decision described as "incompetence bordering on criminal offense", while over Rs 900 million remains unpaid.
