Health: Mauritius Expands Access to Specialized Care

On Monday, November 24th in Constance, Flacq, the Minister of Health and Wellness, Anil Bachoo, met with Dr. Vinay Kumar, a vascular surgeon from Yashoda Hospital in India, to strengthen a medical partnership between Mauritius and this leading institution. This partnership involves sending patients to India for specialized treatments, as well as bringing Indian doctors to Mauritius to perform complex procedures and train local staff. The goal is to enhance the quality of medical care available in Mauritius.
