Dr. Priscilla Muthoora Thakoor, the Governor of the Bank of Mauritius, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the International Islamic Liquidity Management Corporation (IILM) following the institution's meeting on December 3, 2025. She succeeds Olayemi Michael Cardoso, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
